Part-Time Admin Assistant 

About our Company:

Our company specialises in Solar PV Installation, Electrical Services, EV charging, and Thermographic Services. We are dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions and quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a driven and organised individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.


Job Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.

- Assist in scheduling and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.

- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers.

- Help maintain office supplies, order new materials when necessary, and organise office spaces to ensure a clean and well-organised working environment.

- Assist with invoicing procedures, payment tracking, and accounts receivable as requested.

- Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure necessary documentation, such as permits and licenses, are secured and maintained.

- Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

- Assist in generating reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

- Perform any additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.



- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and other relevant software.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and handle multiple deadlines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and other administrative tasks.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.


Working Hours:

- This role is a part-time position, with working hours to be discussed and determined upon hiring.
