Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including managing and updating customer databases, preparing sales-related     documentation, and conducting market research.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls for the sales team.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Assist in generating sales leads and qualifying potential customers.

- Support the sales team in following up with leads and coordinating sales activities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and attend industry trade shows and events.

- Conduct sales and product training for clients when needed.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

 

Requirements:

​

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

- Knowledge or interest in renewable energy, electrical services, and/or EV charging preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

- Flexible availability to work varied hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
